14px;'>（五）男体重≥50公斤，女体重≥45公斤; 血压：90-139/60-89mmHg；</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'>（六）两次全血献血间隔时间须满六个月；</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'><br></span></p><p><strong><span style='font-size: 14px;'>二、献血者可以享受以下权益优待：</span></strong><span style='font-size: 14px;'></span></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'>1.免费用血的权利</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'>根据《南宁市献血条例》第十三条规定:公民临床用血时只支付用于血液的采集、储存、分离、检验等费用。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'>献血者临床用血的，免交前款规定的费用。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: style='font-size: 14px;'>荣获无偿献血荣誉卡的，在本市行政区域内享受以下优待：</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'>（1）进入政府投资或管理的公园、旅游景区等场所免收门票。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 环保应当视为产业来经营小时候，政府部门在我们村组织过多次植树。如果那些树能活到今天，三四十年了，一棵杉树可以卖到四五百元，1.5平方米一棵杉树，一亩可产四百多棵；只要植一下树，前几年花点精力除一下草，后面根本不用花时间管理。三十年后，每亩收益一二十万人民币，真正花费的时间，还不到十天。算上防止水土流失，为人类提供新鲜空气。树林就是一个投入极少，产出巨大的聚宝盆。多次植树，我们村的山还是光秃秃地。因为山地是集体的，没有人愿意主动植树。党政机关都在城镇，在一些经济落后地区，集体所有，就是集体掠夺。植树只是一个形式，只种不理，只见植树，不见成林。树木成林要一二十年，成林后价值高，盗伐一片森林很容易，不拿出搏命的精神，守不好一座山林，农民只有对待真正属于自己的东西才会加倍珍惜。《日本木材出口量达到历史新高，主要销往中国》，日本那么小，人口密度超过中国，地处地震、台风多发地段，却有大量木材出口到中国。日本是一个森林国家，每一个山林拥有者是在为自己，为子孙管理山林。电视剧《陆战之王》，剧情是好，看得打鸡血。但也看得泣血，背景那么多山，一林难求。军营一般都是建立在比较偏僻的地方，连军营所处位置都是一林难求，其他的地方更是可想而知。如果中国是一个森林国家，山林将是一个巨大的产业，不仅能直接提供大量的木材，更会让环境灾难减少很多。总喊着爱国，有国才有家，但国也得爱国里面的家。中国是由14亿中国人组成的一个国家，一个没有强制权力虚拟的集体把持着山林、田地，而真真实实的人类却是看客。没有人发自内心地去守护山林，形成一种集体掠夺的局面。当年的大集体，让国家经济到了破产的边缘。人类首先是自私的，只有在满足个人意愿下，才会关心大家，关心集体。要做好环保，唯有把个人利益与公众利益统一起来，让每个公民为自己植树，为儿女奋斗，才能创建一个森林国家。喊口号，不如给政策，搞好环保，把环保视为一种产业来经营。环保产业，收益慢，却是投入小，收获巨大的产业。不讲奉献，只讲利益，把国家利益与个人利益统一起来，在保护环境的同时，让公民获得直接利益，环境自然就变好了。
